The video “Did You Know” By Karl Fisch is a inspirational and mind opening video. It shows many facts that an average American will not know. He gives a lot of statistics that may shock you for example  He says that in six minutes and seven second America is going to have 60 babies and china is going to have 221 and India will have 351.  A shocking fact he says is that the number of text messages received and sent every day exceeds the number of the worlds population.  The main point of this video is to educate all Americans about the video of globalization. Now America thinks and trust each other into getting a good job fast and with this video it is showing that foreign countries will do the same work for less paying which means less jobs for Americans. Most companies will choose a cheaper alternative even if it goes half way around the world. If you want to see for yourself click here to see the video for yourself.

The most significant quote that fisch said was when he said that “the number of honor role students in china exceeds the number of total kids here in the united states”. This is significant because it shows the intelligence of china and if kids are the future they have a real good future of being more educated then American kids. This affects the future because there is more educated people in china and people will pay less for them to do jobs.

This video does made me change my outlook on my future. it is shocking knowing that the job that I may be doing is getting taken away from over seas employees. Most over seas jobs are cheaper but America should start here and look for foreign jobs when there is no alternatives. even though it is great that over seas jobs are growing I just think that America should think of there own people and worry about there economic and i also don’t want a president who supports over seas jobs.

Animoto.comhas a lot of interesting features. Animoto is directed at people who like to make videos using pictures and music. even though it doesn’t show real video, it makes a Montage using your pictures and Your own music or the music that is available there. When you launch the website your going to have to sign up, its free don’t worry. After you sign up you will be free to explore all there features, tho some are still locked for paying customers. First people will upload there own pictures or from another website. After you do that it takes you to the next step which is music, there is a selection to upload your own music or select from there selection. The third step is all the information on the video For example the description and the title of your video.  The last step is when Animoto takes your selections and it process it through there website and in a couple minutes the video will come out.

One of the features i like when using animoto is “Remix”. Remix allows people to change or edit there video to there liking. If you let animoto remix it they will change all the order of the pictures and make you a brand new video to your enjoyment. A list of features they offer is its all automatic, completely customizible, it takes just minutes, and no two videos are the same.

My video found heretook less then five minutes to make and it was so simple. First all you have to do is insert the pictures you want on your video and you can get those pictures from your computer or from a know site. After you do that it will ask you to add music, this is a choice and you have to remember that some songs are longer then others. The next step is you let the creators at animoto do there job and the video is made in a couple minutes. With the feature “remix” you can change the video after is made or if you do not choose this feature and you like the video how it is you can keep it.

 This webware can be improved. Many of the new features that are free are really slow and short maybe because it is free but they would attract more customers if they showed there real potential. Animoto will be more robust if only it gave users that are trying it more lee-way before they spent valuable money on there product.   

A fellow blogger like myself also reviewed anomoto and thought it was very educational and weel sound. “Anomoto allows anyone to easily create MTV-style videos via the Internet. In my overall opinion it has some cool features that you can get for free and it really shows you how America is evolved with all there technology. Most people in many different sites are impressed and so am I. I give this a 8.5 in a scale of 10 being really good so i would recommend this site to you.

           In this blog you can find the difference between the era of web 1.0 and the era of web 2.0. You can also see the dramatic difference in the years splitting the difference.

          In this era of the web people could only read others people’s websites, and it  was very difficult to make your own website, you had to hand code everything. There was little or no interactivity. In this era people would have to buy expensive programs and install them on a computer for additional stuff. Software back then could only be used on one single computer.

             In this era of web 2.0 was more advanced and it is the current era we are in. Not only is it easier to produce your own things we can now listen and watch videos instead of reading.  We can now contribute more to the web by making information easy to access. Now we don’t need a CD with a software on it to install it we can get it via the Internet and it  is usually free. This new era makes conversations easier and also people can now share and edit things way faster
